Description
G3Throttle is a control strip module for control PowerPC750's Instruction Cache Throttling Control(ICTC) register.
It is controlling the interval at which instructions are fetched into the instruction buffer in the instruction unit.
This helps control the PowerPC750's overall junction temperature & electric power cost(battery saving).
Installation
To use this file, place it into the Control Strip folder in the System Folder and restart the computer.
Distribution
G3Throttle is sharware. G3Throttle is copyrighted software and freely distributed. G3Throttle is provided at no charge to the user for evaluation.
For commercial distribution, G3Throttle must be licensed. To contact to the author, see below for author's mail address.
